EGYPT

 

Day 1: Leave USA, fly to Cairo, Egypt. Met at airport by our Cairo Agents and escorted to hotel.

Overnight: Cairo

 

Day 2: Pyramids of Giza, Sphinx, Egyptian Museum, Dinner Cruise on the Nile.

Overnight: Cairo

 

Day 3: Fly to Luxor from Cairo: Luxor Sites, East Karnak and Luxor Temples

Overnight: Luxor

 

Day 4: Luxor Sites West, Valley of the Kings

Overnight: Luxor

 

Day 5: Fly Luxor to Cairo. 

Option 1: Bus from Cairo to Taba (8 hour bus trip stopping for rests, food.) 

Option 2: Flight from Cairo to Tel Aviv.

Option 3: Flight from Cairo to USA

 

ISRAEL

 

Day 6: The Mediterranean coastline is visible from both sides of the plane or the Red Sea if coming from Eilat. Shalom, you are in Israel and will be assisted with Immigration and Customs by our tour representative. 

Overnight: Tel Aviv

 

Day 7: Ancient ruins of Caesarea, the Roman amphitheater, Elijah’s Cave and the view from Mt. Carmel. Nazareth Village, Hill of the Precipice near Nazareth, and the Valley of Jezreel, Megiddo.

Overnight: Tiberias on Sea of Galilee

 

Day 8: Cruise on the sea and an incredible worship service, visit Capernaum, the town of Jesus. Continue to Tabgha, the site of the multiplication of the fishes and loaves and Mount of Beatitudes  Lunch time enjoy St. Peter’s fish on the shores of the Galilee. End the day at the Jordan River Baptismal site.

Day 9: Leaving Galilee, drive to Beit Shean to visit one of the best preserved Roman Amphitheaters in Israel. Leaving Beit Shean we continue south observing the city of Jericho. Qumran, view the caves where the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered. Masada and arrive at the hotel on the shores of the Dead Sea.   

Overnight: Tiberias on Sea of Galilee

 

Day 10: A float in the Dead Sea before breakfast. Ascend by cable car to the fortress built by King Herod the Great at Masada. Continue north toward Ein Gedi where David hid from King Saul. Our arrival into Jerusalem begins with a drive along the promenade to catch the first view of Jerusalem.

Overnight: Jerusalem

 

Day 11: Mount of Olives and a breathtaking view of Jerusalem from the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit the Church of All Nations and pray in the Garden of Gethsemane with a grand view of the Eastern Gate and the Kidron Valley. Mount Zion visiting the room of the Last Supper, the site of the Upper Room, the Tomb of King David and the House of Caiaphas. The Knesset (the Israeli House of Parliament) and to the Shrine of the Book to view the Dead Sea Scrolls. Board the coach for lunch in Bethlehem, then visit the Shepherd's Fields, the Church of the Nativity, and fields of Boaz and Ruth. 

Overnight: Jerusalem

 

Day 12: Garden Tomb and Gordon’s Calvary, communion service and proceed to the Holy City. Walking through the Dung Gate, we approach the Temple area on Mount Moriah. Visit the Western Wall, and then up to the Dome of the Rock enclosing the Rock of Sacrifice. Exit the Temple Mount at the Eastern Gate and walk through the colorful bazaars in Old Jerusalem. Visit the Church of Saint Anne, the Pool of Bethesda, the Lithostrotos and Pilate’s Judgment Hall..

Overnight: Jerusalem

 

Day 13: Tour of old Jerusalem with a visit to the Temple Institute where preparations are being made for the Third Temple. Continue through the Jewish Quarter of the city to see Nehemiah’s Wall that was fortified by the Jews during the First Temple period (586 B.C). 

 

Option 1: Travel to the Israel-Jordan border crossing into Jordan through customs and immigrations.

Option 2: Return to airport to fly back to the USA.

 

JORDAN

 

Day 14: Visit Madaba and Mount Nebo then transfer to our hotel which provide sensational views of the Dead Sea.

Overnight: Jordan Valley Marriott Resort and Spa

 

Day 15: PETRA. Early breakfast then our departure to Petra. The city of Petra, capital of the Nabataean Arabs, is one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world. 

Overnight: Jordan Valley Marriott Resort and Spa

A day of leisure and relaxation at the Resort. It is time to float in the sea, cover yourself with the black mud once again, visit the Spa, swim in one of the pools, or just stroll the beautiful grounds. Enjoy!

Day 16: After breakfast, check out of the Resort and transfer to Amman for our non-stop flight to USA or cross back into Israel for flights out of Tel Aviv or Amman depending on final itinerary and flight schedules. Arrive back in the USA.
